File for HEY terms of sale
File for HEY is a Mac app made by Soules Studio Ltd. It is unofficial and not affiliated with 37signals. These terms cover buying a licence for it.

What you buy
A licence for File for HEY, which saves the attachments from one HEY account to a folder on your Mac. You need your own HEY account to use it, which is sold by 37signals and is not part of this purchase.
After you pay, a page of ours shows your licence key. You paste it into the app once, and the app checks it on your Mac without contacting anyone.
One licence, one Mac
One licence covers one Mac at a time. A future update will ask you to activate it once, online.
You can move your licence to a new Mac when you replace the old one. A second Mac in use at the same time needs a second licence.
Who sells it
Soules Studio Ltd makes File for HEY. The sale itself is made by Onelink, the seller of record, through Stripe. Onelink handles the payment, the tax and your receipt, and your statement shows the charge as LINK.COM*.
The price
$29 once, with no subscription. The price is set in US dollars with tax included. Outside the US, checkout may show the price and charge it in your own currency.
Try it first
File for HEY is free for 14 days with no card, with every feature. The 14 days start when mirroring starts, not when you install the app. If you do not buy, mirroring stops when the trial ends and every file stays where it is. The trial is the way to try File for HEY before you buy it.
Refunds
If File for HEY is not for you, write to support@soulesstudio.com within 7 days of buying it and you get a full refund, with no reason needed. After 7 days, we look at each request case by case. The window is short because the 14 day trial, which needs no card, is there to try the app first.
Onelink, which processes the payment, may also handle a refund request you send to it directly.
A refunded licence should no longer be used. After a full refund, the page that showed your key no longer shows it.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
